2 CAN PLAY THAT GAME – WOMEN’S MONTH INITIATIVE

March 4th, 2023 at 10:00am, we will be having a women in sports panel featuring former women’s college athletes. This panel discussion highlights the achievements of women’s athletes and discusses the challenges faced previously, as well as, presently by female athletes. This event is free and open to the public. The panel will take place at the Negro Southern League Museum (across from Railroad Park). We encourage everyone to attend.

Immediately following, we will cheer on our UAB Women’s Basketball team as they face UNC – Charlotte for their season finale at 12:00pm. The game tickets will be free for everyone who RSVPs.

Purpose of event

Presented by the Regenerate Society in honor of Women’s History Month, we present… 2 Can Play That Game. 2 Can Play That Game is a two part event celebrating Women’s Month and the contribution of women in sports.
