Wesley Wright, also known as “Wescam,” is a man of many talents. Wescam’s lyrical attributes brings stories from the heart as well as channels his stories either on screen or on stage. He uses his entertainment tell the unspoken truth for those of all ages. Hailing from the Rocket City, Huntsville, AL, and attending the University of Alabama in Birmingham, Wesley obtained his degree in Bachelor’s of Science in Biology. This would add to an Associates of Science degree he already had obtained in General Studies. Not focused on mere musical or theatrical success, this young artist looks to continue spreading God’s love through the communities of Huntsville, Birmingham, and beyond as a founding member of the Regenerate Society, Inc.
Chief Operating Officer
Briauna Perryman, MBA
Hometown: Atlanta, GA & Mobile, AL
Briauna Perryman is from Atlanta, Georgia, and Mobile, Alabama. She moved to Birmingham to further her education at the University of Alabama at Birmingham where she received her bachelor’s degree. While working towards her Marketing degree, Briauna served on the executive board as Programs Director for one of the campus’ well-known organizations. In December 2021 she received her Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. Her passions include event planning, mentoring children, marketing and business developing.
Briauna is also a freelance blogger while managing a blog brand of her own under the name The BA Concept Blog. She recently launched her own planning and development company The BA Concept, geared towards events and helping businesses and brands reach their goals. Briauna served as our Chief Marketing Officer from 2018-2020. She is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer of the Birmingham founded organization, Regenerate Society, Inc. and in 2022 was recognized as a founding member.
Chief Financial Officer
Hometown: Gadsden, AL
Joshua Lay is a native of Gadsden, AL. He is an Accounting Graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham. While at UAB, Joshua served as Campus Leader for the Radical Athletes and Student Oasis Ministry, VP of Finance for the Omega Tau Chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi, and a member of the National Association of Black Accountants. For the past two years he has worked as a Tax Associate for a regional accounting firm gaining knowledge in the areas of partnership, corporation, non-profit, and individual tax regulations. Joshua aspires to become the bridging gap between all communities to develop a systematic approach in economic stability. Outside of work, you will find him traveling for a music event or checking out the latest dramatic and comical movie. He serves as the Chief Financial Officer for The Regenerate Society, Inc.
Chief of Membership Development
Hometown: Atlanta, GA / Anniston, AL
Abby Little is an Alumna of the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Social Work. She plans to further her studies by pursuing a Master’s in Higher Education, with which she plans to inspire and motivate students on the collegiate level. Throughout the years she has become very passionate about uplifting youth, specifically teenagers, and inspiring them to reach their full potential. Her belief that faith, public service, leadership development, and education are a part of enhancing the quality of life of those around her is what keeps her going. While pursuing her degree, Abby served as an Impact Family Counseling Mentor, Trio Academic Services “Wings” Mentor and later became an affiliate youth group advisor through Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. by way of the Xi Mu Chapter. She now serves as the Chief of Membership Development of the Birmingham founded organization, Regenerate Society, Inc and in 2022 was recognized as a founding member.

Devin is a 24-year old young man hailing from Midfield, Alabama! He attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) and earned a Bachelors in Criminal Justice. Devin has a keen sense professionalism and detail coming from many years working as an Resident Assistant on campus. That eye for detail extends into a form of creative vision through his photography brand, “The Rose Hat,” often serving as the official photographer for our events and projects. His passions include rock climbing, studying social justice causes, and watching anime!
Creative Impact Developer
Hometown: Atlanta, GA
Christiana Cudger, also known as “Chris,” is a graduate from the University of Alabama at Birmingham having received her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology, and is looking to pursue a career in Expressive Arts Therapy. While at UAB, she served for two years on the Black Student Awareness Committee as an executive board member and was involved with partnering organizations such as the African American Studies Organization. Chris utilizes her skills from these roles and her passions for event planning, expressive arts, working with young people in underserved communities, and mental health to expand on her love for community building for the Regenerate Society Inc. Chris’ interests include pole dancing, writing, listening to music, and discovering new food places!
Director of Health & Wellness
Hometown: Washington DC
Candace Green is a 28-year old from Birmingham, AL transplant from Washington, D.C. She attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. After graduating, she wrote and published her first book “The Illusion of Fear: How to live your best fear free life”. She currently works as a psychiatry and neurobiology research coordinator at UAB. In addition to research, she is an avid writer and writes for iPush and iPush Her magazines, both based in Birmingham, Alabama. She has previously written for Femi Magazine, based in Atlanta, Georgia. She also operates her own personal blog and editing service. Her passions are encouraging people with her transparency and creative writing, food and fitness, and mental health. She now serves as the Director of Health and Wellness for the Regenerate Society, Inc.
Community Outreach Coordinator
Darrell is a native of Birmingham, AL. He attended Jeff State and then transferred to the University of Alabama at Birmingham where he majored in African American Studies and minored in criminal justice. While at UAB, Darrell served as the president of the African American Studies Organization and a Pathfinder for UAB’s SIL. Darrell is very passionate about community engagement and in particular supporting Black male youth. For the last three years, Darrell has served as the Community Outreach Coordinator for an all-male youth mentoring organization called The Man Project. He also serves on the UAB Young Alumni Council and is a member of Rotaract Club of Birmingham. Previously, he has served on the Lakeshore Foundation Junior Board and on the BLACCC Birmingham executive board. Presently, Darrell has a podcast called the HE Talks Podcast brand where he discusses life, legacy, and purpose. He now works as a Project Manager, External Affairs for UAB after working for the Birmingham Promise and City of Birmingham Mayor’s Office over the past four years. Outside of work, Darrell is a certified personal trainer and avid traveler.
